We purchased a home on land contract, come to find out she had lied to us, just when we think everything is sorted out something else happens. I have been trying to get a mortgage to pay her off, but my credit is not as good as they would like it, so no mortgage. I have now been laid off work, unemployment are giving me a hard time. My wife and I are at our wits end. We have a 7yr old son. Today is 10/18/2006 we have to pay our mortgage payment on Monday,and she is just looking for an excuse to throw us out. I have no money for food, and we have no one to turn to. All our friends are struggling as well, otherwise they would help out. I am used to doing everything on my own, but I am getting older and it is harder now than it was a few years ago. Is there anyone out there that can help or give us a few ideas?
