hello, i am a single mother of one child who has been diagnosed with lupus in 2000. since i became sick i had to quit my jobas a bar and club manager because i could no longer hold a full time job. after 3 years of struggling to get by are utilities turned off constantly almost loosing are house many of times i was finally approved for social security disability. i recieve 638.00 per month to live on and 186.00 in food stamps and my doctor visits and my medicines paid for. in return each month i have to pay 900.00 for my house 75.00 for my electric and 50.00 for my phone 100.00 for my car insurance 125.00 for my gas bill and that is not including gas for my to go to doctor visits and personal hygeine needs . so i tried to work a couple days a week to help with these expences and when i did the state was going to cut my food stamps and my medical. so i had to quit my job because they said 100.00 per week was to much money to earn. a week after they told me to make a descion about working i was diagnosed with kidney failure and i had to start a 6 month chemotherapy session i have just ended my chemo and i am trying to recover my doctor is saying i am getting better. but now i am looking at alot of expences my house is almost in forclosure my gas bill is ready to be cut off, i just do not no what to do. i am at a dead end .i try to spread the little bit of money i get to all but it is just not working. i have 10 classes at wayne state university to complete and i will have a degree in elementary education and i am hoping i can go some where and find a job teaching with good pay and medical insurance and sick pay if i get real sick again. i owe 1400.00 to wayne state because i had to drop out when i got sick and now i have to pay this off before i can return to school. i have been approved for finicial aid at school when i pay this balance. if there is anyone out there can help me with anything i would greatly appreciate it you can email me at ai5105@wayne.edu or send donations to sherry connole 1099 20th st wyandotte, mi. 48192 thank you very much
