Subject: Building a flat roof

Does anyone know of a site where I can get information on building a flat roof over my deck. my deck is about 16 x 18. I plan to use a fiberglass like material that is 20 times stronger than regular fiberglass panels. The directions for installing call for 2 foot center joists with bridging. I need some help on getting the joists put up correctly. Thanks.........Pat B
