Subject: Mobil Home Roofs

I have a mobil home, I know nothing about. It is a Liberty 1980 14x70. I am interested in knowing more about the roof. Also someone told me that all inside walls are non bearing walls, that they do not hold up the roof etc.
We are interested in taking down some inside walls, is the roof going to collapse?
Thanks

theres a good chance that your roof wont collapse, however it would be a good idea to put supports up if you are taking down walls.

Non bearing walls need no support for their removal. They can be removed without structural concerns. If a wall can be confirmed as a non bearing wall not I or anyone I know puts supports up for their removal. What would you be supporting? The wall carries no load.
