Subject: roof's pitch

Is a 9-12 roof real steep or is it walkable?

I can walk many 9/12 roofs depending on weather and the product but I usually will install some sort of fall protection at the bottom. This is a steep roof and some sort of scaffold should start to be considered once the roof pitch reaches 8/12.
