Personally I'd call the police. I would tell them that you are being held against your will at home, that you've been sexually assualted (For them seeing your genital, and having to suck the girls breast) and that your in an entirely emotionally abusive situation, and that you need help, or if you want, send me your info, and I will make it stop. Be strong, and hold on. It'll be ok, but tell someone NOW, and don't stop telling until your heard.
