I am 16,and finially made my First Holy Communion last september in the teen class-13 to 17 year olds.All of us girls wore the communion dress and veil with the lace anklets and white patent leather shoes.My parents required me to wear a white tee shirt as my top under my dress with a cloth diaper and Playtex toddler extra large size plastic pants over it.Mom sewed a package 10 flat Gerber cloth diapers in the 24x27 inch size together to make the diaper and pinned it on me with pink diaper pins.She got the Playtex rubberpants of of E-bay.They fit me a little snug over my diaper,but werent that all bad.Most of the other girls had adult size rubberpants over their diaper,but there were a few that had the toddler size rubberpants on like me.After my party was over later in the afternoon,mom said i could take the diaper off,but i still had to wear the rubberpants under my dress untill bedtime.
