Just before I turned 10 mom found some pullon diapers but I had to wear those with plastic baby pants. I liked the pullons, but like you if I ran out before they were washed I had the regular diapers but I could fold those and put them inside my panties and wear the baby pants over them.
I wet just about every night, I gather you did not?
