When you were first back in diapers did you experience the positve feeling of being taken care of and cared for? Did the experience change when you started diapering yourself? It sounds to me like you had a much more comfortable acceptance of the need for diapers and rubber pants to contain your bedwetting.

I lived with my grandparents while I was in Kindergarten. I was in diapers and rubber pants every night that I stayed there and in fact still wore rubber pants over my underpants at school. My memories of being diapered are warm and positive. I do recall experiencing "withdrawal" when I went back to living with my patents. I or may not have achieved night time dryness by that time. I do remember feeling embarrassed that I still needed rubber pants for school though now I doubt anyone knew I was wearing them.
