Someone else mentioned it to me , and I just noticed as you look around her photos, walls, floors, etc are bent. Hannah is a beautiful young lady, and it is very sad that she feels the need to alter her photos to make herself thinner. And you are not wrong, but it's a common knowledge that camera adds pounds and that a bad angle sometimes make slim people look wide and heavy. Or a bad lighting takes away youthfulness and color. There is nothing wrong with editing pictures. They do it even for Kate Middleton. An image can be stored on social media or other devices forever. Why not to take advantage of technology. Even as early as beginning of the last century photos were retouched by professionals. As for girls' realistic body image expectations - it's a tough question but we should blame media, glamour magazines and designers for propagating unrealistic body images. Just take a look around social media. Every form of social media has photoshop right there. I for one am someone who photoshops all my photos to my advantage, why wouldn't I? Perhaps she is photoshopping because everyone else does it. Hannah won swim at Maryland and Miss America I doubt she is doing it to distort her body. LOL. I wish I had her body. It is sad that Miss MD feels the need to excessively photoshop her photos, because she is a naturally beautiful young lady. She is making her arms pencil thin and her chin way to skinny. I follow Hannah, and I do not notice excessive photoshop. Even if she did photoshop all of her photos, is this really something to quibble about? What I DO notice about Hannah is her commitment to her job. Maybe you should focus on that instead of pointing out negativity.
