Please take your concerns to the National MOA BOARD. THere are many valid concerns that need to be addressed. Too many questions , concerns, coincidences, etc . Maryland is getting weaker and weaker every year with fewer contestants that are actual powerhouses that can bring the very top Miss or Teen Title home to Maryland. We have waited a long time to have a Miss America or Miss Outstanding Teen national title brought home!
