Subject: Help Doberman Wanted!

CAN ANYONE HELP??? I am looking for a White or Fawn Male Doberman Pinscher over a Year old. He would have to be good with people & other animals, Cause I will be taking him everywhere and having trained to help me in my disabilities. I had a Blue male doberman someone gave me over a year ago that I started training with but had to stop cause he was not feeling well and found out he had stomach cancer. he is gone now and not a day goes by I dont think of him and miss him terribly. I am ready to open my heart to another Doberman and together we can become a great team. if anyone knows of one close to Michigan and can help me out I would be very greatful. I am on disability and can not afford alot nor for shipping. but I have a lifetime of love and attention to give a special dog and all the care it needs. Thank You! Please email me.

Why would you limit your search to albino or fawn dogs? I would think getting the BEST dog to help you would be your criteria. The albinos are known to have some serious issues and selecting a dog based soley on it being albino or fawn when what you need is to base it on stability of temperament and it being easily trainable to your needs. You got a blue male someone gave you a year ago and see how that turned out - maybe getting a good quality dog regardless of color that someone who knows what they are doing with regards to breeding would be a thought. You usually get what you pay for and that doesn't necessarily mean money but the payment of learning about what is involved in breeding and good temperament and finding a breeder who knows what they are doing instead of just making puppies. There are many good breeders that would have little difficulty placing a good quality animal in a well screened and appropriate needs home.

You are Right!! I care mostly about a great temperment & one that will be better suited for me regardless of Color.
