Subject: Private Loan Underwriters Available

We have direct access to private loan underwriters that will consider asset based loans against Hard Assets like Heavy Equipment,Commercial Real Estate,Bankruptcy assets,and Construction vehicles.

Companies need to have an operating asset base,current receiveables,Business plan,current asset apprasials,Proof of Ownership,P&L statement,Proformas.

Minimum Loan Amt:$5Million and up

Once underwriters determine that a loan can be done a Letter of Committment can be issued and funding can be done in 2 weeks.Their are no upfront fees.
