I have 35 acres under control to develop in a mixed use project. We expect to build approx. half of the project and sell off the other half to a mall developer. WE will build medical/dental offices, retail space, resturant buildings and pad sites,bowling alley, and some pure office space. There is a true need for this on the west side of town. Its the fastest growing and have been forgotten. We have some pre leased. Our company will also do the development of the entire project.
