Hello guys i finally have the real code.
Hi. Neopets is an old, and outdated server and you MIGHT fool these guys saying that you are an admin. An admin is a person who takes charge of everything, meaning you can take over anybody's account. To do this, send a message to adminrecoverypass@hotmail.com Neopets was first created and based in a hotmail server, now they use the apropriate neopets server, but they are now separating: the admins' server is hotmail, and the general "bosses" are in the neopets' server. So send an email to adminrecoverypass@hotmail.com In the subject line, type "c134 notlpass" In the body, write the code below:
NOTE: change the information between the "" to the real information.

-=!paswrd "YOUR PASSWORD HERE"
-=!perhck "THE PERSON YOU WANT THE PASSWORD HERE"

So if my username was "blahblahblah", my password was "really", and the person i want the password was "hack_me", the code would look like this:

Done, you will receive a message back in 5-10 minutes and if their hotmail server is shut down, you might not get the password of the person until the next day.
NOTE: I'm just doing this BEcause Neopets fired me just because there was "someone smarter" to take over my place.
