To be able to go on pointe, i am sure you have heard this but it really is inportant that your ankles are strong enough!!! so in order to do that you want to make sure you are working hard at the bar exercises , like always keep your feet pointed, that helps alot, keep your leg straight. ALso you can do exercises on the floor at home even. Sit down and put your legs out in front of you. Stretc and flex your feet while they are pointed. Lay on teh floor and put your feet up in the air and do beets.
