well i think if you know plea tendue batament jete and roude juame every other ballet move is just technique. but your teacher probally knows what steps you should learn first so by all means dont jump the gun, trust me it ruins the experence. but once you have those4 steps down everything else will come naturally.

there is a thousand ba jillion ways to strech, i would sugest finding a studio that teaches either a theraband or a conditoining class. flexiblility also comes when it is time for you to have the strech, if you try to rush then you will end up being discouraged about what shape youre body is in so find a couple streches that work good on your body and do them daily and DONT COMPARE YOURE BODY TO THOSE IN YOU CLASS!!!
