The most important thing here we all should note is that more Enga children who could not have afforded the school fees have benefited from it. They are the ones that will uphold the Enga name in all walks of life and it is for this reason that we should give credit to Peter Ipatas. Apart from that I think he has also done immeasurable damage to the province in terms of allocating contracts to himself and his political cronies hence he should be removed this GE.
