Because I was the one who led the Pyain group unto the field after Philip Kikala led the Mango, Kera Lagaip, Walin, and Tia tribes. I tell you, Paul P. Torato means business!!! It does matter who wins or loses for the betterment of our province that’s why we are open-minded as to who is best and who is not. And who is hot or cold. As long as the person who gets in there gives a total face-lift to the province and weed out all the corrupt practices being rooted. That is the bottom line and most of our concerns.
