Are ya'll using any of the Crushed oyster shell? I have heard that it really helps the birds digestive system and help keep down bugs like ants etc...The price for the Oyster shell, 50 lb bag is $6.75. Also, I was told by the guy I got my first breeders of Goldens that it really enhances their color and quality. I don't know how true this is because It's just hear-say but it seems to be working for me.
Can anyone tell me why they use the oyster shell and what they use it for. Is this the correct info I got on that subject? I"ve been maning to ask this for a long time but always forget! LOL
