Lex and Jemmy,
Thanks for posting and for taking the time to view my site, such as it is. I will continue to try my best. Is there anything additional that you would like to see? I welcome suggestions. ^-^

Have you heard Far East Native yet? They are another really cool band out of Japan. Recently, they were part of the CBGB Boogie Woogie Cafe 100th Broadcast commemoration in New York. They recorded it for broadcast on internet radio (real audio format). Check it out! It's really awsome.

Look for where it says "BWC at CBGB" and click, then click where it says Far East Native.
My favorite songs, "heiwa" and "hara kara no uta" (both songs about peace) start about the 32 minute mark, but it's all great once you get past the 12 minutes of DJs talking.

That also was a loss. I remember just a few weeks ago listening to archives of an interview with him on a local radio station. He was a very interesting person.

Johnny Cash died yesterday from complications of diabetes. He joins his wife, June Carter-Cash, who died not too long ago. I'm sure they are happy to be together now, but we'll sure miss him here.
I grew up listening to his music. It's always been a part of my life... probably always will be.
I just heard his new song, "Hurt", for the first time today. It shows that he was a man still worthy of the legend his name had become.
peace
