I have not hatched any keets. I hatched 11 Maran chicks very early. I started this year with 73 guineas. I have lost quite a few to the road and don't know how many to predators. They are ranging quite far away from the house. If any manage to hatch a clutch, they are welcome to join the flock, but unless they go broody in the yard it is unlikely that they will be able to hatch any. I knew I couldn't handle the chicken tractors for the young ones with my arm. Hopefully next year. I agree with Michaele, I will not be without guineas.
