I agree it certainly was having trouble getting to food its first day and a half of life because of the leg thing. And then the one closed eye probably hampered it from eating all it wanted to. But since the eye popped open, this little peachicks poos have been normal and it's acted fine, not sleeping so much. I wouldn't know which it was out of the four peachicks I have if it didn't still have that bald spot on its head above the formerly bad eye.

So whatever those clear, water-like poos were it's first few days of life I still don't know - but they evidently weren't a sign of sickness. Maybe stress from struggling with the bad leg or perhaps the humidity was too high when it hatched and it hadn't lost enough water-weight...??

Who knows, I'm just glad it's fine now.
