We have had so many predators. Once I found two nests under the burn pile and would take eggs and replace with some other eggs. Next day there would be more eggs but that would only continue for about 3 days and then all eggs would disappear. We have magpies and bull snakes and I suspect both of them.

The guineas finally started laying back in the hen house and now I have a broody hen setting on 12. The guineas must be laying outside again because their are no new eggs.

I agree that this year has been harder. I really don't want to hatch any more but don't want them to set either.
