I keep fans going in the barn lots of fresh water and try and keep pens from being over crowded. That's about all I can do. Having automatic water hooked up to my well cuts down on me having to haul water every couple hours.
Now as to the mud well there is no hope there I just keep adding shavings keep it stirred so it doesn't mould and hope the fans will help dry it but with so much humidity there really isn't much hope.
This has been a strange season to deal with for sure. At least the guineas are keeping the yard free of bugs.
Badger was beginning to look really bad despite all my brushing so had a friend come over we knocked her out and shaved her down as best we could. She looks like an over grown poodle and is a bit emarassed for any one to see her but at least she does not have a hot mould muddy coat to deal with.
I guess the weather has taken a toll on my bear as I have not seen any evidence of him for quite awile. However the numbers of coyotes has picked.
