My chicks are raised in wire bottom Brower brooders and then moved to larger wire bottem brooders, when featherd out. Then once the get about four months they are put in pens with shavings. My adults are all on shaving , and then my show birds are on wire. All my shaving pens are on concrete floors in my poultry building.
