The Rouen ducks have a small teal color on the wings.
But the lady said when they are finished with their molting, the Rouen ducks will have Mallard colors. We are excited.
And yes the M. ducks surprised me when they started perching on things.
Threse are your Muscovie ducks brown, grayish?.
As an adult duck will those colors stay the same for them?

We did read on the net that the M. ducks will nest in trees.
We love the ducks because.
They don't live by the people house.
They live out in the pasture in a farm pond.
And always stay there.
We can see them from our livingroom.
They are very tame.
By reading on net, that maynot be a good thing.
It said getting them use to people isn't a good thing.
Danger with dogs and people with guns.
Well our neighbor has dogs, we don't.
They're dogs sometimes do cruse the pond but so far, so good.
If I wasn't at the top of the food change..
My next pick would be to be a duck.
Of course a Lucky Duck.
I'd want a pond or Lake to call home.
I could fly, walk, run and swim, swim even
underwater, float around all day.
HOW COOL WOULD LIFE BE...To fly.
OK everybody.
Just for fun.
Pretend you get to pick what animal,fowl,creature you would like to be.
