Looks a lot like that too. I noticed it last summer but didn't notice it so much in the colder parts of the year. It is again evident this year. May not be quite as large as yours, as I don't notice it swinging from side to side. She has never shown ANY sign of discomfort or illness (except that she was one of three that were kept from eating enough by the others when they were teenagers and became emaciated), so I've just left her alone. Maybe she just eats and drinks more than usual from that experience of not getting enough to eat for awhile.
