Subject: Information on how to sex day old chicks

I am new here. I would like to start a small time fowl hatchery. Actually we already run a small time hatchery, but I want to have a little bit bigger small time hatchery. My main problem is the fact that I can not tell the sex of the birds till they are 6 weeks to 2 months old. I would like to ship some day old poultry and i would like to be able to sex them as day olds. I have done a lot of reading on the subject . I think it would not be to hard if i had someone to show me how. I can not figure it out by just looking at pictures or reading about it. Does anyone know how to do it? I guess if I can not learn how to do it I will have to pay a chick sexer from a hatchery to show me how. I don't know if they will do that. Does anyone have any advice on this? I would greatly appreciate it!!!
