Subject: guinea w/injured leg - I need ideas

About a week ago, one of my guineas refused to touch her feet to the snow. By the end of the day, we were trying to chase her out of the trees and get her into the coop. Well, she flew from tree to tree and at the final tree, when Scott got there she was hanging upside down. She then flew/fell some 15' away, crash landing in the snow. Scott picked her up and when we put her down, she ran into the coop.

So, today I noticed a guinea huddled in the sun (up to 50°) today. At the end of the day I scooted her into the coop - clearly she has difficulty walking. I caught her and the scales are scraped from her legs and one leg is swollen and quite warm. I am thinking that the warmth means infection from whatever injury she incurred. I have her in the basement so that she can eat and drink w/o the pushing of the others.

What else should I do for her. I am thinking probably antibiotics, but I have not looked at what I have. Is it possible that a break can heal enough - not knowing if the leg is broken or not.
