Subject: EXCUSE ME, 2 questions...about banning i.p. numbers and deleting archives

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

FIRST HOW DO YOU BAN A I.P. NUMBER?...CAUSE I PUT THE PERSON'S I.P. NUMBER IN THE BAN BOX...AND HE KEEPS COMING BACK..AND THEN I FINALLY PUT THE FIRST 3 SECTIONS OF IT UP...SO IT CAN BAN ALL I.P. STARTING WITH THESE NUMBERS (63.202.222.)....AND IT STILL DOESN'T WORK CAUSE HE CHANGES HIS I.P. NUMBER AND HE KEEPS COMING IN..

ALSO


I HAVE UP TO 9 ARCHIVES...AND I WAS WONDERING HOW CAN I DELETE AN ARCHIVE?...LIKE MAYBE JUST 7,8,AND 9?...IS THIS POSSIBLE AND HOW CAN I DO IT?.
