Subject: Archives and load time / 1001

Dear Brandon and Rudi,

I know you are aware of the problem with my archives. I keep trying to change the number of archives in the Archive Configuration, but still receive the same Internal Error message. I'll keep trying. I also have received some questions concerning the load time, I was wondering if you had been made aware of.

Below is one of the comments from one of the members of my board, I thought I would pass it on just to inform you, in case you were not aware of it.

"I have notice that a lot of the problems are not with the loading of the board itself, but with the occasional inability of the servers that supply the advertising banners (i.e. servedby.advertising.com, and another one whose name I forget). The current set of problems that I see, started with the appearance of banner advertising from Bizrate (I assume everybody sees the same ads.) The system loads the banner, then tells me "Document Done." Repeatedly pressing on the "Reload" key sometimes gets me the page.

Is anyone taking up the issue of service levels on this board with the gods of voy.com?"

In the meantime, I'll keep trying to change the archive # to 3.
