Is this often? We've noticed banner ads can sometimes cause an apparent hang, but haven't noticed VoyForums having any problems itself. The double-post would be caused only by someone clicking reload -- for there's no way for VoyForums to add the post twice (unless it's adding it twice every time, :)... ).
