Right now we do not replace "smileys" with graphics although we may provide the option along with word-filters. For now HTML should be used -- you can learn HTML from any online tutorial (try searching for "html tutorials" at a search engine). Simply, though, just have the image available somewhere on the web and put in an IMG tag to it. For instance, you may use one of our smileys by typing the following into your message:
<IMG src="/images/emot/s.happy.gif">

This may also be used with full URLs to images in the src="" part, like src="http://somesitehere.com/path/image.gif"
