Subject: Is it possible to switch the message subject and poster around?

I am considering relocating my board here after 'inside the web' announced closure of its boards. This seems to be the most similar. My posters, however, are used to seeing the poster's name appear and THEN the subject of the post. Is there an option with which to swap this around? Perhaps i've missed it.
