Dear Just Me,

Sorry for taking a while -- we just finally got a bunch of items out of the way, so I can handle a bit of support.

Basically, I noticed you were asking users to cut and paste some text. I wondered if we could provide an option that you placed text into, and that text would be automatically inserted into your message box. We need to determine whether this option is worth putting in, or if it is best to get to work on custom fields soon.
