Subject: Help!!! I am getting X-Rated post on my board and can't ban them, what am I doing wrong??

I have tried to ban this person from posting listing to porn sites on my voy boards and the post are still coming through. This is what I put in the white box for Forum Posting Ban List: "203.198.32.163.**.awork011163.netvigator.com"
Is this the way to ban the poster from posting?
