I don't think we need you to answer every posting when everyone seems to be having the same issues, but the announcement forum you have linked from here could be used in the same way a lot of places like ISP's and hosting companies list "Network Updates and Outage News" type things. Just drop a note in the announcement forum saying "Sorry everyone, we are aware of some current problems with forums not being accessable, we are working on a memory problem with our database system, and are as quickly as possible trying to solve it." Then when you figured out some peoples forums were going to get blown away even after your hard work, just make a similar small annoucement stating as such... that way instead of keeping everyone in the dark, and then you making a HUGE announcement, take 2 minutes, every 2 days, and just post some updates, if updates are needed at the time... Hell, you could even just make a posting about "Hey, everything is still running smoothly after our major issues 2 weeks ago, but if you are still having problems with anything, please drop the problem in the tech support forum." Might put a date of last posting next to the link to the Announcement forum on this tech support forum page, so others will possibly see that they should go read the updates before bitching about stuff you are already working hard on.

By the way, thanks for the great work you guys do here... there maybe problems from time to time, but compared to the REALLY slow nature of other places like this, or the lack of configuration, or the limited number of postings place put on forums... this still is the best place to go in my opinion...
