Subject: Cut the grass!

I was delivering to an apartment complex yesterday when I noticed that the grass was at least eight inches high. There was trash laying about and the shrubery was noticeably overgrown. Someone nearby mentioned that the old management company had been replaced and a new one just came on board. That explained a lot. The old folks knew the end was near and just stopped doing what was necessary to carry on the business. They saw not point. Tuesday, I requested an arrow lock for a gate - for the 6th time. Ask management to do something and it rarely happens. uh-oh!
