cause I moved away when I was 17, so I only got to see her a few times a year or I'd go home whenever she was sick. So, even now when I'm shopping like for Christmas or something, I see things she likes and I've actually carried them around the store with me--not thinking that she won't be there when I go home for the holidays. It's like I forget that she's not there waiting for me anymore. But it's kinda cool cause I only remember the good things --like her smile, her stories, her faith. She's buried on top of a beautiful mountain in WV. My brother had his wedding ceremony a couple of weeks ago just about a mile form there, so we all took flowers from the ceremony and placed them at her gravesite, kinda so we could tell her about the weddinga and all. She would've loved it! Just spend all the time you can with her, she'll love the attention and you'll have more memories to keep. Most of the elderly aren't afraid of dying, they just hate to leave their families, so just stay as close to her as you can for now. Wow, sorry for the long post!!
