For a while now, my mom and dad havent been the same. They are constantly fighting, and dont want to be near eachother. Well, about two weeks ago my dad came home furious and told me and my brother (who is 14, Im 13) that he and my mom needed some privacy. The next day my mom looked like a zombie, i knew something was wrong, and i knew it had something to do with my dad and her. I asked her several times but everytime i asked her ahbout it, she replied "Me and dad will talk to you when you get home"

Finaly, my dad got home and we went outside to the deck. My mom told me that she was having an affair and that my dad found out about it last night. She was having the affiar with a man she she knew since they were 11. They have been best friends since then. His daughter and I are best friends. She was having the affair for 2 years. My mom can't tell my dad she can never see the man becuase she loves him....

I have no idea how to deal with this. I mean when i look into my moms eyes i want to understand and i feel bad for her. But when i see my dads hurt, i feel like i want to kill her. My famiyl is ripping aprat. We just put ion a pool and a fence a month ago. If my mmom and dad get a divorce, we wont be able to afford our house and al the hard work from puttin gup the fence (my dad almost had a heart attack from all the stress of the fence, he was in the hospital for two days) and the pool will eb for nothing. I have no clue what to do or how to deal with this. It is all so confusing....please help
