Well to me this sounds like you are doing alot of damage to yourself that is not needed because i have a lot of best friends that tell me alot and want me to help them to but dont wanna help me back! But that doesnt give me a good reason to put myself down for that!!!!when i help them it makes me feel good and should do the same for you!!! i always tell myself i just made someones day and that made my day by being able to do such a thing for them!!! you should just tell your friends that you really just wanna talk about your feelings just as much as they talk about yours i know they will understand and if they dont then that means they are not true friends!!! i hope you understand that it is ok to cry and be angry but it isnt ok to hurt yourself like that!!!!
