Are the two color dresses still being worn...the dress is one color and the appliques or sequeces are white? Also if I brought a dress like this is there a way that I could dye the appliques to match the dress without ruining the design.

a lot of judges consider that out of date and will take points off for it. It would be a better investment to buy a glitz style dress that was low glitz in stones. Then you could add more stones for full glitz or medium glitz.

I am having a hard time determining what a "glitz" dress is - low, medium, high....can you point me in the right direction for a picture?

Where can I find/buy a low glitz dress that is not going to kill my checkbook - is there such a thing? Do you know of any resources that I could learn from to turn the low glitz dress into a med. or high?
