I am a complete Newbie to pageants, and both my daughters will be in a pageant this weekend, they are 7 and 2. I was wondering what color thier shoes should be. They both have beautiful black shoes, but in almost all the pictures I've seen I realized the girls are wearing white shoes. TIA.

And they usualy just wear white socks that fold over with little or no ruffle. The first few pageants we went to I put big frilly "pageant" socks on my baby and no one else had that kind on.

They ended up doing realy well! My 7yr old won Sweetheart & was 1st runner-up in beauty. My 4yr old won Prettiest eyes. Not bad for a first pageant I think.
