Hi:

I lease apartments in a fourplex and just last week I've had a four bedroom house become available for rent. It's approximately 3 years old has a refrigerator, washer/dryer, stove living room set, television already in the house. It also comes with a two-car garage. The neighborhood is nice and very close to schools, Ft. Hood and the post office. It leases for $725 monthly with a $300 deposit which can split into 3 incremental payments. There are no utilities included. HUD housing applicants will be welcome.
