Speaking of lame sci-fi starring Scott "Sam Beckett" Bakula, what do you think of his role as captain of the Starship Enterprise in, er, Enterprise?

Personally I love the way they create the effect of "Star Trek before Star Trek began!" by making all the crew speak like Deep-South hicks and instigating them in plotlines so tiringly dull it's as though they've taken us back to the period before television became futuristic, shiny and great!
