Subject: special poem needed

Hi! My fiance is turning 55 tomorrow (double nickels as he says) and I would like to write a poem for him. I am planning on taking him away in the near future to the winery and a romantic resturant. He is very funny and we are always laughing. He is the love of my life (other than my children and dog) and feel so lucky to have him in my life. Thanks so much! (It could be funny,.,or sweet or both)
