Subject: Painting plastic

Does anyone know what kind of paint to use on a plastic urns.
These are the ones that hold flowers on the patio. Can they be painted sucessfully?

Best thing to do is to prime your plastic with a plastic primer (it's a spray paint that you can purchase at the hardware store). After that you can use acrylic paints to paint on it. Just be sure to seal it with several coats of a spray sealer - drying in between times.

Judy, check out the Krylon spray paint just for plastic. It is supposed to be very good. Here is their site....
