Subject: poem help please

I am hoping that one of you talented ladies can help me out. We will be finalizing the adoption of our twins this week and will be getting our caseworker a gift to thank her for helping us. I thought of getting her a rosebush since she enjoys gardening and was hoping that someone could write a poem to go with it. Maybe something about how she helps families grow and bloom through adoption and how the flowers can remind her of the beautiful families she has helped create. I don't know if that even sounds like a good idea.
Anyway, if anyone wants to take this on, I would be so very appreciative.
