It is a company that has experienced writedowns in the prior financial period---and by not expensing research and deveopment costs and suchlike in prior years has some depreciation and amortisation hampering it's profatibility---going forward strategically and fundamentally it is making the right moves and is currently waiting on hunderdeds of millions of dollars worth of contracts--one of which includes Sydney. I'm bullish the stock given the picture painted above. I'm not the only one bullish---but as stated I only speak for myself. Regards,--bonkers. Please follow the volumes of information presented on other forums if you wish. You ask for facts....Please..since I entered the debate have the shares moved up or down. I will point to the score board just to remind some who continue to ignore the reality of the situation. Emotional attachment to this stock has cost many shareholders alot of money to say the least. Stop losses, money management is the key to success. When momentum is against you and the market presents you with a tidal wave of share activity which is contrary to your holding and beliefs you need to remove your emotion and activate survival techniques to protect capital. The technology is hardley the issue in this case.Ho hum...ERG has been talking the market up for years. It has raised millions of dollars from the market to fuel the dream. To date ERG has failed to convert this technology into value for shareholders. The technology is only part of the equation. The convertible note deal is one step in the long journey to rebuild this company. If you have patience and nerves of steel then hang on, however with so much uncertainty shareholders have a choice. Are you in or out..its all up to you. If you enjoy the rollercoaster ride, then follow the lead of the CEO and enter the market to take advantage of the arbitrage play that exists between ERGG and ERG shares. After all the CEO is a genius. I am by no means encouraging this, it is just an option.
